Overhead works because thousands of people run small radio receivers at home and share what they pick up, for free. That open data reaches us through adsb.lol, a volunteer community project.
A product that earns a living on a commons should give back to it. So we made a promise, in writing, before we sold a thing.
We give 10% of Overhead's profit to the ADS-B open-data community.
